Information we collect

When you submit the quote request form on our Contact page, we collect the information you choose to provide: full name, business name, email address, phone number, facility type, city or ZIP code, approximate facility size, desired cleaning frequency, service needed, and any message you enter. Submitting the form also records your consent acknowledgement and submission timestamp.

We do not knowingly collect information from visitors under 13 years of age, and this site is not directed at children.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your quote request, follow up about your facility's cleaning needs, and provide service if you become a customer. We do not sell your information.

How form submissions are stored

Quote request form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., using its built-in form-handling service. Netlify's own privacy practices apply to that processing; see Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com for details. We do not operate a separate database or CRM synced automatically from this form as of this policy's last-updated date above.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Fonts, which may cause your browser to make a request to Google's font-serving infrastructure when a page loads.

If Google Analytics (GA4) is enabled on this site, it may set cookies and collect standard web-analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location by IP, device and browser type, and referring site) to help us understand site usage. As of this policy's last-updated date, a live GA4 property has not been connected — the site includes only an inactive, clearly labeled configuration placeholder in its source code. This policy will be updated when analytics is actually turned on, and the paragraph above will then describe the specific data collected and provide instructions for opting out (such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on).

Spam protection

The quote request form includes a hidden field used only to detect and block automated spam submissions (a "honeypot"). This field is never shown to human visitors and its contents are not used for any other purpose.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website and respond to inquiries (such as Netlify for form processing and hosting), and where required by law.
