Every commercial cleaning company prices differently, and any number quoted without seeing your facility is a guess. What we can tell you is which factors actually move a quote up or down — so you can ask better questions of any vendor, including us.
Square footage and layout
Larger spaces generally cost more to clean, but layout matters just as much as raw square footage. An open floor plan with few private offices often cleans faster per square foot than a maze of individual offices, each with its own door, desk, and trash can.
Cleaning frequency

Facility type

Scope of work

Access and scheduling constraints
After-hours-only access, tight security requirements, or a very narrow scheduling window (for example, a medical office that's only cleanable for two hours a day) can affect pricing versus a space with flexible access.
One-time vs. recurring service
A one-time deep clean or post-construction cleanup is typically priced differently than a recurring contract, since it doesn't benefit from the efficiency of a maintained space.
